Day two of the mini-vacation was supposed to be spent at the train park. But it turns out it's hotter than the surface of the sun in Scottsdale, and we work hard to keep our pasty-white complexions. So one trip around the park was all we could handle.
Devin loved the real-size trains and signals
The playground was pretty cool (or hot), too.
He wasn't as impressed by the carousel, but it offered a few minutes of shade.
The train ride around the park was the best part.
Waiting in the shade came in a close second.
